Being a good samaritan

Continuing on from my previous post, another step I have taken is choosing to volunteer at my local animal sanctuary.

Working with animals is something I have wanted to do since I was a child, but I never saw myself as a Vet. There’s no way I could handle having the power of life or death in my hands. Naturally, this led me to decide to volunteer.

Mental Heath Awareness

It’s taken me a while, but I’ve finally admitted to myself that I have depression.

Recently, I toyed with the idea that my depression had come back.
