February Round-Up
It's the end of another month, which means it's time for my monthly round-up.
While I felt I achieved and continued with my goals from January, there are some that I didn't manage to cross off just yet this month.
Here are my top 3 goals for the month:
Finding motivation
The recent weather and my own mental health struggles tend to put a dampener on being productive and motivated - especially when it comes to exercise! I'm wasn't sure on how to rediscover my motivation, but I've tried giving myself more of a routine. It's definitely something that I need to improve on for next month. How do you find your motivation?
Read a book per month
I love reading, it's one of my favourite things to do. However I find it harder to find time to finish a book a month as I drive to work. Which is why I'm determined to start and finish a whole book - I've even planned a reward for myself if I manage to complete the goal next month.
Concentrate on making my brain better
I learnt a lot of stuff when I had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I even found all of my worksheets and booklets last month when organising my room! I'm going to continue to refresh my memory with the tactics I have and work on improving my life step-by-step.
So those were my goals for the shortest month of the year, hopefully I do better at completing next month's!
At the end of March I'll recap on how it's going and what I set out to achieve for the first month of Spring 2018.
